  • Disciple the next generation.

    Serve infants through fifth graders by creating a safe, fun, Christ-centered environment.

    Typical Rhythm: Twice a month
    When: Sunday mornings

  • Walk closely with a small group of people and help them grow as disciples who make disciples.

    Typical Rhythm: Weekly
    Commitment: Defined cohort season
    Role Type: Leadership

  • Help people feel welcomed and cared for.

    Includes greeters, ushers, Connect Team, and coffee hosts.

    Typical Rhythm: 1–2 Sundays a month
    When: Sunday mornings (occasional other events)

  • Minister to God and lead others into His presence.

    Typical Rhythm: Rotational
    When: Sunday mornings + rehearsal

    EXPLORE WORSHIP LEADING & AUDITION

  • Create environments for worship and encounter.

    Serve through audio, video, lighting, and other production roles.

    Typical Rhythm: Twice a month
    When: Sunday mornings (occasional other events)

  • Serve through photography, videography, graphic design, and other creative skills.

    Typical Rhythm: Flexible / As Needed

  • Help middle and high school students grow in their relationship with Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and take ownership of their faith.

    Typical Rhythm: Weekly or Rotational
    When: Wednesday Night Youth gatherings, misc. Youth events

  • Help keep our spaces functional and welcoming through maintenance and practical support.

    Typical Rhythm: Flexible / As Needed

  • Married couple that invest in an engaged couple as they prepare for marriage using Antioch’s six-session mentoring curriculum.

    Typical Rhythm: Seasonal
    Commitment: ~Six sessions per couple

  • Help support Antioch's local and global missions efforts through practical projects, events, missionary care, and other needs.

    Typical Rhythm: As Needed

  • Help with repairs, construction projects, landscaping, event setup, and other hands-on needs.
